How Shipping Rates Are Calculated Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Freight Shipping for Large or Heavy Items Some items — including large flooring equipment, pallets, and heavy machinery — require freight delivery. A flat rate of $450 applies to pallet/freight shipments. If your order qualifies for freight delivery, this will be shown at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for freight deliveries, as liftgate service may be required.

Processing & Lead Times Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. However, some parts and equipment are made-to-order or have manufacturer lead times. If your order includes an item with a lead time, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. You may request a full refund at any time before the item ships if the lead time does not work for you.

Order Delays If your order is delayed beyond the original estimate, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You can also contact us directly for a status update.
